OVERVIEW
Creative Bioarray’s Column-based FFPE DNA Extraction Kit is a specialized system designed for the isolation of nucleic acids from FFPE tissue samples. The proprietary digestion buffer combined with high-activity Proteinase K synergistically disrupts tissue matrices while reversing formaldehyde-induced crosslinks. This enables the efficient recovery of DNA fragments ranging from 100 bp to 50 kb. Through silica-membrane column purification with multi-stage wash protocols, the system achieves selective removal of inhibitors and residual proteins.
