| OVERVIEW |
| Rat spinal cord, thoracic region frozen floating sections are specially made for immunostaining in culture plates or tubes (not on slides). Spinal cords are fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin (NBF), cryoprotected in serial agarose solutions, snapped frozen in OCT blocks and sectioned at a thickness of 30 microns. Sections are placed in very cold 12-well culture plates. |
